Rabbit is not even a bird and yet has a spiky chicken-like taste. There are many countless ways to prepare it but some attention is obviously required in the process. Trick here is to add white wine and saute it for a long time. Ironically, it matches quite well with carrots!

Tortilla Pizza

Using something as simple as a tortilla wrap can result in a quick small pizza with the right combination of cheese and other ingredients. Just remember to stay away from the center as it usually gets all the juices while the edges dry out.

It started off in 1998 in London UK, when I visited one of those Marks and Spencer cafes with my family and I was served a crepe with canned peaches and vanilla ice cream. Nine years later I went to Cuba and learned how to set that recipe on fire and take it beyond the roofs of Marks and Spencer!

Pancakes or crepes

Ahhh the smell of pancakes… or crepes coming from that kitchen… Crepes are a basis for thousands and thousands of delicious meals. You can put jam on them, you can wrap cabbage, eggs or beef into them, you can make pies with them, you can even make crepe sushi! Or you can just eat them plain… I would, any day!

Slow-cooked ribs

A meal for the lazy ones! Fry it up, shove it into the slow cooker and go skiing for the next 7 hours. When you come back these ribs will melt in your mouth, granted they won’t fall apart while they cook to infinite tenderness!
