Banana flambe on a crepe

I learned this awesome recipe while vacationing in Cuba. Banana and other fruit were placed into the prying pan with butter and sugar and caramelized. Then that awesome girl added rum and set the whole thing on fire. VROOM! As the flames licked the roof and the fruit released its wonderful juices the most amazing smell filled the room.

Note: the list of ingredients here does not involve making the crepes themselves.
