An american classic! This recipe is a result of tedious and long reverse engineering on my part to try to reproduce the bread pudding served in Timothy’s cafe in 2005. Since then they discontinued their production but the incredible texture and balanced taste of it haunts me in my memories and makes my mouth water even while I sleep.
This video is quite old and nowadays I recommend adding a splash of rum to the mixture.
The end result… Mmmm! Delicious!
