Crepe with ham, egg and cheese

As you flip the crepe to the other side, immediately place ham and cheese on top and break a raw egg. Take a chopstick and swirl the egg around breaking the yolk and fusing it with the white. Then cover the crepe with a pot lid for 30 seconds to let the egg cook and the cheese melt and the ham… become MMMM delicious!
